Post your music and other cool things on twitter, follow people you think are cool, other people will find you and follow you if they like what you post. Make sure to use relevant hashtags.

Simple, just link to your music in what you post, and all the # stuff are called hashtags, kind of like categories. If you make techno, at the end of your post you might say #techno or #technomusic

If you make techno music, follow some other techno music artists.

For this post I used techno as an example, but basically do the same with any other genres.
