» Wed Nov 21, 2012 4:46 am #1 Extra Follower: After completing the required Dawnguard Quests.. Whenever you go back into the underground path on the side of the Castle, which leads to the Castle's Gardens and is guarded by Skeletons, Serana will magically (No matter where she is) teleport to you and become your follower. If you brought a follower with you, Serana will become your second follower and tada! Two followers. Easy!
#2 Serana's Mother: Sorry but I did forgot Serana's mother's name.. Anyways, her mother will hang around in her's lab in the Castle which is where the portal to the Soul Cairn is at.. If you attack her, there is a good chance of her fleeing and then a chance of her fleeing outside to the Balcony. Go onto the Balcony and yield, or whatever is needed, to end the combat. Serana's mother will then proceed to try to get back into her lab but upon opening the door, she just stays there.. FYI: The door is set to NOT allow NPCs through and this prolly explains how you get Serana as an extra follower (The door is scripted to teleport Serana to you and follow you so she stays with you at all times)... You can then "Fus Ro Dah" Serana's mother off the Balcony and later find her stuck in the tombs which leads to the Garden.. Either fighting the undead or just waiting at the door to the next area.
