1. I've been to Windelm, Markarth, Riften, Whiterun.. well anyways, I think I've discovered all the major cities by now and I can't find any Arenas like in Oblivion? o:

2. Also, did they take out getting drunk? I know there's drinking games you can partake in, but you can't do it on your own anymore? I've drank like 12 different bottles of mead all at once, and nothing.

34 hours in and I haven't found an answer to either of these, help would be appreciated.

There is no arena in skyrim.

Can anyone answer the second one? I heard something about Skooma can still get you intoxicated from a friend.
