I can't use staffs and spells in my right hand which are of "fire and forget" type. This means I can use in my right hand spells like sparks, telekenesis, frostbite, healing myself and so on as they are the "concentration type". But ice spike and all the rest fireandforget i cannot use. I use no mods, only Dawnguard, Skyrim and my mod which causes this issue. When I turn off my mod the propblem's gone. I don't know however how to fix it, for I know not where it went wrong. I've been doing my mod for a long time already and doing only land mainly.

You probably made some sort of dirty script when writing the mod
