Was just wondering if anyone has figured this one out? I play unarmed khajit and can arm spells with hotkeys, but cannot switch back without having to go into the favorite shortcut menu. Kinda frustrating when trying to heal in battle and so forth. Oh well, maybe they'll come out with an update to fix this soon.

Are you saying you cannot hotkey it all? Or that you can't have it as a hotkey because you have 2 spells as hotkeys? If the latter, that is not alone to unarmed combat. The number of hotkeys is one my few issues with the game. Hopefully they can and will fix this in a patch.

Yes that's correct. No way to hotkey unarmed. The problem is when equipping a spell you simply cannot switch back without going into the favorites menu. So ultimately your left fighting iwth only one hand. Works fine with a weapon since I can hotkey those. Really love the game, just wish they would have given more attention to the unarmed aspect of the game (skill tree, hotkey, ect) Thanks for the reply, hopefully a fix will come out : )

Have you tried pressing the hot key you used to arm the spell to unarm it? I'm a consoler and dont really have any experience with the hotkey system, but using the even more limited left and right hot keys we have it works for me.

I gave up fighting unarmed with my Khajiit (for the first time in TES history) because there's no unarmed skill for her to advance. There's a perk that uses gauntlets ... but wouldn't gauntlets kinda block her claws??!!? Maybe they're fingerless, like those gloves!

I've looked into it further and I could not equip claws as a Favorite on 360 (at least from the Active Effects screen). I assuming the OP is on PC because he at least got as far as Favoriting them.

Marmaluke, double pressing the same hotkey spreads the spell to the other hand. Continued pressing does nothing. This will also work with 2 identical weapons.

I'm trying to master the ins and outs of the limited hotkey system for the 360. It's pretty terrible no matter what way you slice it.

Ya im on PC forgot to mention. Marmaluke I did try that and logically its what would make sense, unfortunately all it does is equip both hands with the spell : ( I'll just give it some time, im sure things like this are expected with a game of this magnitude. The unarmed khajit is cool though, because it does way more damage at first than with weapons because of the +15 claw attack bonus. Not sure about later on though, there is Jauggernaut in the skill tree that I am working on. So far, unarmed as been fairly powerful with the heavy armor skill.
