has anyone found an npc following the path of uncle sweetshare?
for those of you who dont know who that was it was a crazy dude in a house on solstheim who had lots and lots of "candy" he liked to share his "candy" with the people of solstheim. he would slip "candy" in peoples drinks to give them a pick up when they were down. XD
