Ok so I've been playing the game for a while and in whiterun everyone has been there usual selfs until today. For some unknown reason everyone in Dragonsearch is attacking me except for the jarl. I ran to his room and he talks to me like normal. But all of his subjects and garuds inside dragonsearch are attacking me. I have done nothing to deserve this otherwise I assume the jarl would be attacking me to so does anyone have any idea as to why this is happening? (Title is supposed to say Hostility lol.)

Check if you have a bounty on your head.

Did your hands wander and take something you were not supposed to in site of anyone inside dragon reach?

"If you have an excessively large bounty, a holds guards will attack you on sight."

Guess that included the civilians.

Something similar happened to me; killed some thalmor who were leading a prisoner across the plains around Whiterun. Managed to kill all of them (even the prisoner, who started to attack me as well). Message appeared saing "all witenessed killed. Bounty reduced to 0" or something to that effect. Walked into Whiterun only to be immediately attacked by guards. Solution: Exit cell, and walk casually up to guards. (note: both times I had my weapon sheathed). They should initiate a conversation. Hopefully.

Also: did you not kill anybody? Steal anything? It sounds as if you didnt, and if so could be down to a bug/glitch. (that word is tossed around a lot on this forum......)
