So this is probably old news to most but I just found out another 007 movie is being produced

currrently in middle of watching a trailor and OMG they put Q back in the films I cant wait to see what gadgets this film will bring when I was a kid i mostly watched these films because of the gadgets

I know this is probably a terrible opening post but i really have no info on the film so maybe I can be filled in

I've gotta say that Daniel Craig is by far one of the best 007's yet. That and the newer James Bond films are hella dark. I'm looking forward to this movie as well.

I am impressed with the new James Bond films being more gritty espionage and less wacky adventures, it's like the franchise is growing up with me.

Meh. Not really a fan of James Bond. I did like the video games when I was younger however.

Hopefully this new one will be on the level of Casino Royale and not Quantum of Solace, but overall I really enjoy Daniel Craig as James Bond, he does a fantastic job.

As I recall David Niven was not a bumbler in that movie, he was over the top suave and efficient I think. There were others 007 that were bumblers in that movie, but not David Niven. (eg Peter Sellers). In any case, yes that movie was meant to be a spoof and should not be viewed as a really James Bond movie, IMO.

I was dissapointed that my theory wasn't right though.

Known about Skyfall for some time but only just watched the trailer.. looks exciting. I'm somewhat familiar with the villain as I've seen him in other movies.. I'm also hoping they put the bullet sequence back at the beginning, otherwise I see a lot of people throwing complaints. Hopefully it will last longer too.. I'm anxious now to know what the plot is, and who the new Q is but I'm still sad the originally Q is dead

Same here. When Bond ditched the gadgets I was happy. A more brutal, animalistic Bond for me is great. Not one obsessed with getting his leg over.
