Unobtainable vehicles.

Hello everyone. My question is short: is there a simple way to drive vehicles that are normally unobtainable both in singleplayer and multiplayer? Vehicles are Shrouded buggy, Gearheads ride and Authority Predator.

So far I managed to stop them via console, but when I try to enter them via console commands, I always take gunner's seat. I'm not sure if it is possible to take driver's seat with console commands.

Or maybe there's easy way to so this with RAGE tool kit? I saw mod by the.real.brett, but unfortunately, all links were removed. I was ready to download even version full of bugs. Also, I have trouble with launching RAGE tool kit on my PC. My issue is just like in a topic nearby:

This is pretty much my issue. I use Windows 7 32-bit, and i'm not sure if it is possible to launch tool kit on it.

Requires a 64 bit OS and lots of Ram. Will bail immediately if 32 bit is detected. I would recommend no less than 16 GB of RAM and 32GB + if you are making/modding maps.

I have to say this is a shame as there is room for many mods that don't need those specs. Mostly the high requirements are because ID assumes anyone making a mod is making a new MAP and thus will require a machine capable of processing the 128000 X 128000 size mega textures. Though I can think of plenty of mod ideas that would not involve new maps. For example, translation mods or new weapon\gear mods or cheat mods that just make the player more powerful.

Thanks for the answer. Just as I've thought, my only hope is a console command or a some good modder... or at least someone who can re-upload the.real.brett's bpRacerMod.

I mean, currently I'm not able to re-install OS for many reasons. And thanks for mentioning RAM - I'm just about upgrade it a little...
