That's certainly not out of character for pokemon. Harassment is a natural part of their world; whether its old men gawking at you, or little boys verbally assaulting you with their love of shorts, its totally acceptable. Having a peaceful stroll through the forest? WELL THEN, ALLOW ME TO THROW MY POKEMON AT YOU.
