Gen VI:

• In the 3DS main menu tap the orange smiley face at the top.
• Select your player card to view your friend code.
• You can also register friends here. If your friend is within the range of your console's signal, you can choose local registration, scan the area and exchange information automatically. Otherwise you need to select Internet registration and enter their friend code.

Gen V:

• Press "x" to access the menu.
• Select "Bag"
• Select "Key Items" in the Bag menu
• Select "Pal Pad" under Key Items, and select "Use"
• From here you can add friends (register friend code), check your friends and update any information (check friend roster), and view your own friend code (PLAYER's friend code)

Love your Friend Safari, Callidus. <3 Level 30 Audinos. I was wondering after I pulled my Zigzagoons through the Elite 4 once with higher level pokémon, how I'd level them by themselves and with them being just around levels 30-33, being able to level up on Audinos, yielding 2500+ XP each when I have Exp Power 2 on (can't wait until it levels and I can see how much XP they get at highest level) leveling them has been a breeze.

About the only thing better would be if someone had a friend safari with Blissey.
