What is Team Fortress 2?

Team Fortress 2 is a mainly multiplayer online first-person shooter with hat-based elements. It is mostly team based (Thus Team Fortress) and, thus, different from all the "lone wolf," "Kill everything you see" shooters that seem to dominate the market nowadays. Granted, killing things is fun, but if that's all you do you probably won't have much fun or win very often.
There are nine classes, three class types: Offense (Soldier, Scout, Pyro), Defense (Engineer, Demoman, Heavy), and Supportive (Sniper, Medic, Spy). Each class has a unique role and look, you will never confuse two classes.
There is a crafting and trading system (And hats), item drops, and an in-game, micro-transaction store that provides the game's revenue since it is now F2P.

There's nothing really in the update that's all that great.

And I hate the new sniper, It's more beneficial to the team to use the Machina to full charge body shot the other team than hit the occasional head.

Bah! The Machina is for wimps!

Also, got a few scorched creates, a pretty boy's pocket pistol, and a piece of dust I'm willing to trade.

The new scattergun seems to be just another one easily outclassed by the original scattergun.

Being slower, and having the speed buff interrupted by jumping does seem to hamstring it. However, my medic learned quickly that its accuracy does make a big difference.

The video editing tools inside the game are surprisingly robust and I am excited to tinker with them more in depth. My first video I threw together in a couple of minutes (plus I got four achievements for it so it is doubly good).

This is the best update ever. Meet the Pyro was already great, but the Pyroland goggles just top it off. Can't wait to get them.

I guess they automatically give them to you the first time you die. The Equalizer seems to have been split up as well. Pyroland is amazing, 2fort never looked as happy and wonderful before.

Does anyone have a strange Rocket Launcher or Strage shotgun?
