I know they are playable. You suggested that because they arent from tamriel they arn't playable. But Altmer aren't from Tamriel and they are playable

Summerset isles are Tamriel.
And you can't play a snake.

You know considering this point of view almost every playable race shouldn't be.

The Akavir races are hostile to the Tamriel races if I recall. Playing as an Akavir race would result in every NPC being hostile against you.

The Altmer are from SummeSet Isle

The Altmer are widespread through Tamriel. The Akaviri keep to their own distant and mysterious land, unless they're at war with others.

Most probably because most of their races are demons

I'd like to play Half-Aeterna or Aeterna in Tamriel..

Actually, Tamriel was ruled by Akaviri Potentates (chief advisor to the emporer) for 430 years after the fall of the Reman dynasty (Reman III was assassinated by the Morag Tong after his heir was also assassinated).
