Upgrading Dawnguard armor

Hello :biggrin:

I was wondering which perk in the blacksmithing tree allows me to upgrade the dawnguard armor twice as much? o.o Is it just the basic steel or do I need to go into the perk advanced armors?

I would assume steel, but I haven't tested it

Advanced armors, for all dawnguard added armors I believe

Just looked it up and according to UESP, it requires advanced not steel, but it requires a steel ingot.

You need Advanced armour perk.
Although it is steel it appears to upgrade like Iron :blink: !
