Currently I am working on some objectives but seem to ran into a glitch with Urag gro-Shub. He requested that I find the Fragment: On Artaeum for him, which I did before I ever talked to him. The problem is that Urag doesn't recognize that I have the book in my possession. I am wondering if any others are experiencing the same problem and if there is a fix to it.
