I used to be able to look at myself...

Post » Sat Dec 10, 2011 1:00 pm

When I first started playing the game, I could zoom my mouse back and then rotate around my character and take a screenshot of Zoric standing triumphant. Now I pull back and I can only look from the backside. What did I change that I can no longer move the camera around?

PC version... of course.

well when your weapons are drawn the camera is "locked"

if you want cooler screen shots, hit the "~" key and type in tfc and hit enter. hit "~" again to exit, boom free camera. rinse and repeat to return the camera to normal.

Agreed, I think this is the problem too. If you weapon is drawn and you're ready for combat you can't spin the camera around you to see yourself from the front. Only when in passive / non-combat mode.

You can, actually. If your weapons are drawn, hold down F and move your mouse around.

Yes you can. All you do is go into third person mode and then hold or tap "f".

Wahey~ thanks for the tip, its not documented in the manual.

Although it doesn't give you a nice close up like the normal one does.
Good tip.
