While most of the UI options are pretty clear, there are some I have no idea what they do because I'm not noticing anything different. For example, what does the "show focus highlight" option do? And despite having turned the "show heart markers" option off, I still get a shiny red dot showing the locations of the runes. I've done some searching, but haven't found any clear explanations.
