PC users shafted?

Post » Wed Dec 05, 2012 6:22 am

We PC users gave Bethesda it's start. Without PC gamers, most likely Bethesda wouldn't exist, at least not in it's current form.

Now we have to wait most likely at least a month after a console to get this sweet DLC? A week or so would be reasonable, but....BS

Maybe there is a valid reason, other than exclusivity....

I am wondering if they are planning a move away from the PC and PS3 platforms altogether and that future games will be XBox exclusive.
I would be pleased if we got a categorical denial of that in this thread, but I don't hold out much hope.

Patience is a virtue? You've got mods and two DLC to keep you occupied.

Can't same the same for the PS3 community.

lol?

No.

Money gave Bethesda the status it has today, regardless of where it came from. That's what they are after with the MS deals, and that's all that matters to a company that wants to be big, successful, and do top-budget things like Skyrim.

So no. They owe you nothing. They have already given you what they did owe you, which is the things you bought.

No, PC players are fine. It is the PS3 players who are since June and counting.

You can discuss pc release http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1427635-pcps3-release-date-thread/.

With Oblivion which was a Windows live game, we got PD DLCs at the same time as Xbox. I imagine we would have this time except that Skyrim is Steam instead of Windows live so microsoft didn't extend the deal to pc. Those exclusive deals mean more bucks for Bethesda and that means more bucks to continue to produce more TES and Fallout games which in turn means we get a better game.

To me that makes it worth the wait and I would so much rather have steam instead of windows live which in my humble opinion svcked.

"We’re also happy to announce Dragonborn will be available on PS3 and PC early next year."

Please quote accurately. it leads to misunderstanding and false information
