Using console commands too remove active effects?

Just wondering if there is any console commands too remove active effects.

If the effect is from a perk, you would need to remove the perk. If it's from a piece of equiptment, you would need to either craft something new, or stop using said equiptment. If it's from a blessing, then you can remove it through console commands too.

If you could reply back and say what the effect is, we could give you the console command you would need to remove it, or any other info.

I think

Player.removespell formid

would work. You can get the formid with

help "effect name" 4
