When I play and attempt to use the iron sights on my weapons (RMB) often the weapon will hesitate before moving, or once in the raised position will drop back down to regular carry mode. Durring the 'stutter' I can't fire. It is annoying.

I've changed graphics settings to low and it still happens. The rest of the game is running quite smoothly no matter what settings.

Does anyone know why this is happening and more to the point, how to fix it?

I'm running the Steam version so it should have automatically installed the latest patch.

I get this bug too. Sometimes it won't even let me use the iron sight at all and just gets stuck in that carry mode; yet I can still fire and reload. Thanks to months of playing FO3, I can still "shoot from the hip" in the carry mode, but I would much rather use iron sights. I've checked my mouse buttons and they're all working great. Appears to be a scripting bug w/ the iron sights.

I 'fixed' it. It was a problem with my wireless mouse. When I switched to a corded one the issue went away.
