Don't know if this is limited to PS3 but it's a pain in the ***.

The Jergen Windcaller quest in Ustengrav is bugged and won't complete. I get to the part with the note but after picking it up nothing happens, the quest marker just floats above where the note was. I've tried leaving and reentering the area at least a dozen times, I've tried restarting from a save at the entrance to the last part of the dungeon 6 times, I've tried restarting from a save outside the dungeon twice, every time I end up with the same result.
