Me and my wife are looking for some ideas for a vacation or trip.
We really do not want to spend more than $1,000 USD this year because we will be trying to buy (or have already gotten) a house.

We have agreed that something dealing with racing would be great. We have looked at Bristol tickets already.
Bristol, Martinsville and Kentucky motor speed way are the only tracks close enough to drive to.


I would like to drive a race car but all the packages I have found have been way to costly and my wife will only drive if its a auto not a manual.

I have looked at Skip barber and some other nascar packages dealing with driving, far too costly.
I would love to drive any car at a race track, but I can't seem to find anything affordable, and I only own a truck and a SUV. Nothing track worthy.

Any thoughts? Ideas?
We are just looking for some ideas, it will be mid to late year before we go.
