When I turn into the vampire Lord jus spells will not go active if I float.
Sometimes it takes me five to ten times for the spells to show up: other times I have to revert back into Muah regular form and transform again to fix.

yea the vamp lord is buggy as hell. i find that all my powers an shouts also reset from my favourites tab. i have to manually enter them as favourites agaon after every transform
also another bug is like you said certian powers take ages to appear.
the vampire lord also does not change smoothly. it takes me a good 5-10 button presses before he will change to or from vamp lord. the dlc is extremely buggy imo an does not run smoothly.
i dont think ps3 users are missing much really. its not fun to play with at all. just a pain in the ass mostly.

I can also confirm my powers will reset. It's really annoying since I use vampire sight a lot as a vampire.
