Anyone know if vampire attacks on cities can kill children? My friend is telling me it happened in his game and I just want confirmation.

I don't think the death of children in Skyrim is possible. I don't know for sure, but its unlikely that they could kill children and I can't.

Unless your friend had them kill Hroki (who is classified as a child for some reason despite not being one and still being able to be killed) then they are lying and you need new friends.

Actually I believe this would be possible, because the Traveller guy bypasses normal combat mechanics when he kills someone in an unloaded cell. Whoever made the new code for this vampire probably forgot to make an exception so that children wouldn't become victims.
