Somebody told me once I completed dawnguard the attacks would stop. Well, I did but haven't stopped yet. I don't care about the attacks in the wild but I'm missing out on a lot of quest because the vampires are being dikes by killing everyone. Is this a bug or is there anyway to fix this?

Edit: It's not just the quest either, Merchants and blacksmiths are getting killed as well.

Are there vampire attacks in vanilla skyrim? I don't remember any, so you might as well try posting in the Dawnguard forum.
