Vingalmo wont give anymore quests none of them will they tell me to go to him but he doesnt give an option
Serena's mother aint in the castle or in the Soul Cairn
not getting any dawnguard events anymore
Not getting random vampire attacks.

vingalmo seems to be a heavily bugged quest giver.
i REALLY hope they fix him in a patch.
