Vampire class build

Title is obvious , regardless of dawngaurd I was wondering what skills and gameplay would best suit a vampire for rp purposes like bram stokers dracula , I was was thinking smooth talker, manipulates people , can create illusions and deadly with a blade

Become a vampire (obviously)

Redgaurd for stamina regen in case you need to go berserk in a big battle or nord for the battle cry , depends if you want a fearful or suave vampire

Serpent stone to paralyze

one handed sword ( no dual wielding)
Clothes instead of armor
Alteration
Illusion
Speech

Thats the core 4 skills but for the fifth i was thinking maybe a split of enchanting and sneak , 3 harder to detect perks in sneak and the rest in enchanting to decrease spell cost to a reasonable level

what do you guys think would be a good vampire build ? :)

Are you doing this for the MMO? Or for Dawnguard? I only ask because we have so little detail about the game it might be best to just build a character profile without skills until we know what some of the skills are.

How bout a Vampire that wears leather armor, and uses a piercing weapon, like a rapier. Such as a rogue would use. The only difference is they can't stealth, and in their off-hand, they don't carry a weapon, but instead cast spells.

They could have say, a powerful HoT they could cast on themselves, a strong DD they could cast on nearby opponents, a stamina drain, and a decent snare spell, as well as a spell that allowed them to levitate with faster movement.

How about instead of a normal mana bar, they gain mana by doing damage in melee, so the more damage they deal, the more their mana bar increases? Anyone like where I'm going with this? http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20110606162520/camelotherald/images/6/6e/Vampiir.jpg

You need restoration! The perk necromage, which raises the effect of spellsused on undead by 25%, will affect you too. That meant that all buffs, healing, enchantments are 25 % more effective.
