I heard the vampire lords get aritfacts or jewellery that boost vampire lord abilities.
What are they and how do you get them??

Ask the elf how you can help.

Go to the random named Volkihar vampires in castle Volkihar and ask if you can help.

Eventually you get quite a few quests to get artifacts.

Amulet of Bats: Bats drain the health of your enemies
Amulet of Gargoyles: Summon Gargoyles now summons 2 at once
Ring of Erudite: 100+ magic and magic regen
Ring of Beast: Claw attacks now do (i dont remember amount) more damage, also 100+ health
