What build would be best?I've heard that you cant use your normal spells or shouts while transformed.Also,does the Vamp Lord get any bonuses from wearing armor(does it carry over)?
Would a stealth build be the way to go or magic oriented?
So any expirience,anyone?

Mage,because vampire lords have spells,and there is a chocking spell that takes a [censored]ton of magicka.

You need decent magic for the VL spells and Vampires get a bonus to sneak so an assassin type, mage, or mix of Magic/Stealth type would be better than a Heavy armored warrior or straight Archer (for the X-bows and bolts on DG side) type.
