Maybe we could make our own werewolf or vampire lord like the unique look of harkons vampire lord

Vampires and Werewolves are my biggest disappointemnt in Skyrim. Werewolves are weak as hell, transforming rretty much guaruntees death. The fact they're al black is also annoying. Vampires look... well like... I have no idea where they got the inspiration for them. The face is OK but honestly my first impression was "Oh look it's Mum-Raa!"

I would love to be able to change the appearance of them, (not to mention their stats) even if it was only aesthetic.

Werewolves weak? You my dear friend are deeply mistaken. At level 46 with all damage perks werewolves make 160 base dmg without critical hits. You have 400 armor rating which is about 50 % dmg reduction and every perk and stone power carries over. So for example you are a breton werewolf with alteration magic resistance and atronach and you took the Lord's stone and completed The book of Love your beast form will have at level 46. 25+15+30+25 % = 95% (85% magic reduction is the cap), 450 armor rating (55% dmg reduction) , 30% magic absorption, 160 base damage. If this isn't enough you can alwats cast dragonhide before transforming for the extra armor.
