Hy guys and gals, I made my spell archer (only lv 16) in to a vampire lord. My question is does anybody have any idea what a good sized magicka pool would be for a vampire lord? I hadn't been putting points in to magicka because of enchanting reduction costs for regular spell schools. But, seeing as that doesn't apply to Vampire Lord form, I don't know how much I should put in to it to have a good sized pool. Also, does anyone know if magicka regen gear applies to you when you are transformed? I was thinking of making a specific set of armor for when I want to go around as a VL but I don't know if traditional enchants persist transformed.

The only enchantments that carry over are from a specific set of items you earn through sidequests on the Vampire Side. As for the magicka pool question; my character, with the first perk of VL which adds 50 points to health, stamina, and magicka, only has 180 magicka and I can fire off PLENTY of spells, and the magicka regen while in VL is pretty nice. When you're out of magicka, just use your claws because they're actually quite powerful.
