Vampire mini quest glitch

I'm not sure if this is much of a spoiler at all so I decided to post it here.

But... Just in case people get butt hurt about pointless mini quests that take 5 min to complete I will warn you... Spoiler alert.

When playing anything new I tend to over do the whole mini quests from some of the nub cakes at the castle or dawnguards fort. When playing as a VL I think I have finished all the mini quests and now they are looping... One quest wants me to turn somebody somewhere into a vampire... Well I noticed I already did this. Same person, same location, different day. (EDIT: Just to make it clear... I have already turned this so and so into a vampire)

I followed the quest marker and wound up in this persons house. I entered the home and was greeted in a friendly manner. The person was constantly thanking me for turning him/her.

I used vampire seduction, waiting for him/her to sleep, punched him/her, then I gave up. I did a sneak attack (only for the wonderful animation ofc) and watched his/her dead cold blood drip into the floor boards.

The quest became marked as 'failed'. That's the first issue.

The second issue is the fact that I have been given the exact same quest and the marker takes me to the last persons dead body and requests I change them into a vampire.

WHAT THE [censored]?!

Bethesda's laughing at you right now. It's a known bug, so lets hope it gets fixed along with all the other bugs in Skyrim and Dawnguard.

Sigh
The same has happened to me the worst ting is that you can talk to the dead body so they are not really dead.
So... before starting vampire quests kill every possible potential vampire so you can continue doing quests
