im infected with the vampire virus - quite a long time now. but suddenly everybody, guards and normal persons, wants to kill me. i cant walk into any city because everyone wants to see me dead. so i cant talk to people concerning my quests... so what can i do? im stuck....

Is it because of the virus specifically or do you just have a really high bounty?

You need to feed on someone, when they're asleep, sneak up on them and either talk or pickpocket them; it will give you the option to feed. This will cure the effects short term, but every night you don't feed you'll get worse. Talk to an innkeeper about Rumours to find a cure.

no, no bounty at all! they instantly start screaming "a vampire - kill em"

and yes i know i should drink their blood while their asleep but i can't... someone a guard or a normal person sees me entering the town and then all hell broke loose - 10 guys running at me trying to kill me. its impossible...
