Warriors seem best suited for Werewolves, that said it's not really that cut and dry, I love Vampires and can't see any of my characters not being one, go with whichever one you enjoy more I say.

He would be best at a werewolf most likely. they are the more brawler type. None of this sneaking about business haha.

Also... how does your character view Skyrim? Is he willing to see it go to the Nords? Damn the imperials and the Thalmor? And would he want to see his home land destroyed by vampires?

That may also be a question to ask before chosing a side.

Werewolf = Melee

Vampire = Magic / Melee / Stealth

They each have their own advantages, but Werewolves have less disadvantages then Vampires.

Choose wisely.

If your a nord I say go vampire, you'll have 100% resistance to frost. Although I have to agree with Kinotsu. It's all about how you build your character.

Dunmer also make great vampires because the Fire resist racial will offset the fire weakness from Vampirism.

If you want to FEEL like a monster, go werewolf. Once you get used to it you can become a nigh-unstopable killing machine, roaming the wilds and dungeons of skyrim alike a four legged great white shark. Nothing quite makes you smile like watching the werewolf killcams. They are an addiction in and of themselves.
Vampire Lords can be fun, but only when Serana isn't around svcking all the power out of you. I've mastered both and enjoy the werewolf more. Mmm.. so much blood everwere lol.

I would say go with whichever you want, eventually you can be both with the same character. I've done this and I have to say it's easier to play as the Vampire Lord because of the ranged attacks and various skills and the fact that you transform back and forth at will. The powers you get in human form are also quite useful and I found they outweighed the negatives. I prefer the Werewolf however because once you've invested in the perk tree fully, you become a true beast and can savagely clear a large dungeon quite rapidly. Quite. Both are hugely powerful but as a warrior I prefer the melee route with all its rag-dolling glory. It's also worth it to note that the Vampire Lord has difficulty fitting through several areas both indoors and outside, forcing you to transform back to human form just to progress.
