Vampires, dlc and changes wanted

I really like the dlc for the most part, but -- I think we can improve on it.

For example, personally speaking I hate fighting in the third person view. So normal vampire lord mode is out for me for the most part. Since changing that ability to first person is likely not possible, I'd like to have some of the abilities be activatable while in human form. (Perhaps at increased cost)

Wishlist of changes I'd like to see:

I'd like to be able to turn into bats and sprint across regardless of my current form.(Considering we get whirlwind sprint at an early level, I dont see this as imbalanced)

I want a toggle-able vampire vision. (Really, recasting that every time it wears off is annoying)

Vampire seduction to be turned into an power that doesn't disappear from my menu after its used. (Doesn't even seem overpowered really, considering its limited to once per day). It'd keep it from disappearing off of hotkeys.

I'd also like pretty much all my vampire perks to transfer over to human mode as well. With the exception of gargoyles and claw upgrades and vampire bat dmg shield. Being able to summon gargoyles while not racking up a bounty or causing a panic would be game breaking.

All other abilities such as mist form, have normal vanilla in game counterparts (for example ethereal form). In the case of the bat damage shield, it'd probably fall into the game breaking category, as its always up. So should remain with the vamp form.
