Vampires need Iron

Post » Fri Nov 16, 2012 5:22 pm

This is getting strange.

I was walking back from Solitude to whiterun today and I decided instead to swing past Heartwood Mill and through Riverwood.

That way id pass by the shores of the lake and those three or four spawn points where a random "Roll Of The Dice" encounter would surprise me.

As I was roughly northish of Falkreath theres a small dock by the lake where usually hunters appear or if youve been bad...Dark Brotherhood assassins.

This time though, because ive installed Dawnguard Vampires have been added to the random appear lists and sure enough there was a Vampire in the now common vampire armor and boots...MINING IRON at the deposit off to the left of the dock.

I walked up and activated him but he barely looked up from his picking asking "Do you need something".

I of course roasted him with fire for his glitchyness and his thrall appeared out of nowhere to defend him.

Usually they appear in threes or more often knowing youre there and coming up as red dots on the compass before theyve even entered draw distance.

He's actually a caring Master Vampire.

His Thrall has an appointment for some Dental work, and he was just getting the material for the fillings for the cavities.

You killed him and he was just trying to be a responsible Master...

Shame on you. :D

That's not as bad as Serana deciding she needs to use ANYTHING nearby.

I'm having an important chat and she wanders off to brew potions.

Neglected to mention I passed a "Future Echo" of a hunters horse on the way there.

It looked like a creamy coloured stallion and made the idle huff & puff but was completely still and I could walk right through it.

Later on I passed the real deal walking towards its future self along the road and i thought "not long now".

I've seen this happen with mercenaries, drug dealers, and thieves in random encounters too. I'll walk on by and they'll be mining an Iron vein.

Far be it from me to speak for all other vampires, but I mine iron ore because the veins are far more common than gold or silver veins and the ore can then be transmuted by the alteration spell into silver and gold ore easier.

So long story short, you probably killed a vampire jeweler.

lol. Serana is very good at 'blending in'. Had her follow me home one time and she immediatley started stirring the cook pot, then when she got bored with that got to sweeping my floor. lol

So because he is a vampire he can't have a honest days work. Well you are ignorant, you hear me your ignorant. I am going to blow this entire conversation which Is protected by the constitution out of proportion. I am going to rant on about stuff no one listens to, and spread my PC liberal ideas. I will call the VRA (Vampire Rights Association) and sue everyone who is mean.

^^^^^^^^ Now you know how it feels to live in America. IRL, you can't even make a simple joke or statement out in public without getting sued by some Liberal Hippies who acts like this is a preschooler country and how everything should be fair, and friendly. Well this is off topic also this conversation is not directed to anyone here just the government, and democrats.
