Vampiric Drain Broken

Can you guys please fix the Vampiric Drain spell so that it improves the Destruction skill.

Yeah, one thing i have learned digging with the creation kit is a NPC can do up to 20 damage while the play maxes out at 5 damage.

I know. You'd think they would've tweaked that crappy drain spell.
