I have noticed my vampire lord has been stuck in stage 2 vampirism, for what ever reason he will not advance to stage 3 or stage 4 no matter how long I go without feeding. I can verify this by checking my active effects i.e. the powers I have and my weakness to fire which stays at 50% (should be 100% at stage 4). Also I see npc vampires that have a bat face (most likely a stage 4 feature) that my player model never gets. I hope this is a bug because i want the new badass stage 4 vampire face!

Sorry to burst your bubble, but stage four looks no different than stage one.

Obviously not. Harkon, Serana, and Valerica all don't have those features. And you get blood directly from Harkon. Even a few others don't have those features like Vingalmo and Orthjalf, also a few others.

Don't assume something is a glitch just because you don't have it. Even the background of this forum has a vampire lord Dovahkiin and he doesn't have those features. Just the iconic glowing eyes.

My character has been stuck at stage 2 vampirism for the last 7-8 levels (I haven't feed at all) and I can't access any of the higher tier stage 3-4 vampire powers.

Do you have something to add about this particular bug? otherwise I'm not interested unless you have a fix or a good explanation.

No bug fixes as there's no console, and I don't know any special things that could fix it. But me and all my friends vampire levels work fine and there's no facial changes. Have you tried feeding, and seeing if that resets it?

Since I posted this I feed twice and it still hasn't reset, maybe it just bugged out since I was a vampire when harkon bit me.

This royally stinks. Really!?
