Van Graff Faminly : Fallout: New Vegas

I am playing for the NCR and I hate (mean) people. SO, I wiped ou the Van Graff (The Silver Rush) family and looted all their stuff.

Will this hurt the main questline at all? Should I reload? I am level 15, and am just now entering the strip.
