Is there such a mod that allows the player to choose/adjust his or her height at character creation? I think it would require something similar to another mod that allows just the player to have there own exclusive body mesh. Just wondering, as I've always wanted to play as a tall Breton or a short elf.

The closest that I've seen to this is a mod (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/7587) that changes the height of different races, but this was static. You could also change the 1st person camera position to be at the appropriate height for the race you were playing as.
