Varnius is supposed to talk to Falk Firebeard when you walk into the blue palace and talk about a cave problem. but he is glitched and wont move from his starting point so i cant start the quest to buy proudspire manor.
Ive left and came back a lot to see if it fixes itself but nothing works. Anyone else have this problem
