I got the quest to go look for her. I've spoken to both Elyna and Ulves and heard she left for Raven Rock, and my journal entry changed to reflect that, but no map marker has appeared. What do I do?

You may have encountered a bug where she is stuck below the scenery.
Its best to reload a save from before you first got the quest.
