My roommate's game has to be bugged because he is hitting shots that he really shouldn't be hitting. For example: He bought up VATS on a raider camp that was quite far away. He was using a .357 Magnum and had a 4% chance to hit the target in the head and he went for it. ALL FOUR SHOTS HIT THE TARGET IN THE HEAD WITH A 4% CHANCE!

One could say ok... well it is possible but not likely and that just can't happen again... Well wrong to test it further he purposely inched him self away from another target so he had a 2% chance for a head shot... He only did Two shots and both hit killing the target. And he is having this kind of "Luck" with numerous targets. I know this sounds like bull but I and my other two roommates saw this happening and I wish I was able to post a video of these rediculous VATS shots.

This isn't a serious bug but quite a funny one. I am not sure how he did this something had to have went wrong somewhere giving his character the aim of a god...

Has this happened for anybody else?

How's your friend's character luck level?

His luck was around 7 or 8.

I don't think Luck effects your accuracy because my character on XBOX360 has a 7 luck and my Character on PS3 has an 8 Luck and my character doesn't hit shots like that at all. I've tried lol, I just can't see this being normal in this game.
