I didnt notice this pre patch. But sometimes when im locked in vats and about to take a shot my player will just stand there like a moron for 10 seconds taking damage. I also cant get a zoomed out view of my character anymore? It was fine before the patch. 360 version. Is this a known problem? This game is awesome but stuff like this is pissing me off.

I have that issue a lot in vats. You'd think that the combat, which is a huge part of the game, would be virtually glitch free after 2 patches, but somehow it was overlooked. Maybe its intended that your character stands there with his ***** in his hand while he gets killed. Sort of joke for the devs
