Is Vault 3 Fixed?

Is the bug that will corrupt your file by going into Vault 3 Fixed?

As many "yes, its patched" answers as possible would be good. thanks.

I waited until the patch came out before going into any vault. I went in Vault 22 first with no issues. Vault 3 is on my list. It should be fixed as there were major issues with it.

I went there after the patch. Old save. No problems whatsoever.
