*Minor Velvet Curtain quest spoilers*

I picked up the submarine self-destruct codes off of Yang's remains in the Turtledove Detention Camp. When I enter the underwater Chinese spy sub and try to activate the self-destruct sequence, the game says I do not have the self-destruct codes. I'm unable to continue the quest. From searching the forums I didn't see anyone else with this issue, but the Fallout wiki says this can happen (no solution is offered though).

I've checked that I have the self-destruct codes in my inventory. I even reloaded an old save and tried twice more, but I always get the same glitch. Currently, I have a save right before I enter the morgue to pick up the self-destruct codes.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to get around this glitch, please let me know.

I'm playing the game of the year PS3 edition. I originally had the pre-DLC version and installed all the patches before buying the game of the year edition.
