I'm currently having 2 issues. First, I completed "Still In the Dark". I tried to help hardin, but when I told him about Mcnamara's breaking the chain that binds, he didn't do anything. So i continued the quest for mcnamara and finished it. Then I tried talking to Hardin again about the chain that binds and suddenly he reacted and said that he would get mcnamara kicked out. Now they are both in a state of limbo, they've been like this for 2 weeks of game time and refuse to talk to me.

My other issue has been that I can't start Veronica's quest. When I go to the locations to trigger her dialogue, she simply says "whats up" every time. I can't figure out how to activate her quest any other way.

Her chain is broken, same with Raul.
You won't be doing her quest on this character, and won't be doing Raul's at all.
