How can I tell what version my xbox has Skyrim updated too?

Edit: One other question can you actually clear just the game cache? Or if you do it from the dashboard is it the same thing?

When you press start (aka the journal) it'll say in the lower left hand corner of the black box.


Current version is Patch 1.8

I'm on the Xbox not PS3 wonder if that is the reason why I don't see it. I hit start and can see all the quests I have active and finished but there is no version number anywhere. (not on any of the 3 menus)

It should be there, regardless if you're on them Xbox or PS3. The font is pretty small.
