I started experiencing a vertical stutter while playing today. It's not really noticeable when I have my weapons sheathed but it's extremely noticeable when looking up and down with a bow drawn. I'm at a bit of a loss because the only thing that seems to be affected is my character's arms while in 1st person. Im getting no lag, screen tears, or noticeable fps drops while doing anything else and the problem disappears when i switch to 3rd person view. I've been reading threads all over the internet and it seems that no one has found a way to fix this. I've already completely cleaned out all of my mods and did a fresh install of Skyrim. Sorry if I missed a thread here that already covered this but any help would be greatly appreciated.

On a side note, i plugged in a 360 controller to play today and the problem occurred a few hours after playing with it. Not sure if that's what bugged my game or not.
