By problems, I mean, the quests flat out break.

In particular I am having problems with renting the "attic" room or the dragon that drags itself out of the grave in the dagger in the dark quest?

Or... the dragon born dlc quest... I killed the cultists, read the letter, and no quest notification appeared.

The real kicker is, with no changes in load order, and merely reloading a save prior to reading a note in the horn of whats his face, I can sometimes bypass any issues. However, with my latest game (with a lighting mod removed) and now nothing works. I'd post my load order, but I am reinstalling skyrim as we speak.

I am mainly curious if anyone has had this issue before. Because juggling saves to avoid breaking quests was highly annoying. (I had all the unofficial patches)
